Europe's two Cotes d' Azur

Compare property prices in 2020 St. Tropez, Cannes and Nice with 2020 Glyfada, Voula and Vouliagmeni in Greece. Should they be very different?

Southern France is closer to London and Brussels than Athens. That was the rationale 10 or 20 years ago.

Is it in 2020?

Well, let's see.
The French and the Greek Cotes d' Azur!

I love the French Cote d' Azur.

I also love La Baule on the Atlantic btw. Except the water is too cold for my tastes to swim in.

St. Tropez is magnificent although not as informal as it was years ago.

The beach at the front has been replaced by a parking lot. A practical but bad decision.

Of course it continues to be great and with Macron and Brexit it can attract a lot of people if English is more widely spoken.

The Nice Airport isn't bad.

The Greek one spans from Faliron to Sounion. Its main sites are Glyfada, Voula and Vouliagmeni. As people who have been to both have told me as well as a Belgian cab driver in Brussels, the French Cote d' Azur is more humid than the Greek one.

I love both because I'm not affected by humidity. If you want more information on either, contact me. hashtaghahashtag
