Europe's two Cotes d' Azur

Compare property prices in 2020 St. Tropez, Cannes and Nice with 2020 Glyfada, Voula and Vouliagmeni in Greece. Should they be very different?

Southern France is closer to London and Brussels than Athens. That was the rationale 10 or 20 years ago.

Is it in 2020?

Well, let's see.
The French and the Greek Cotes d' Azur!

I love the French Cote d' Azur.

I also love La Baule on the Atlantic btw. Except the water is too cold for my tastes to swim in.

St. Tropez is magnificent although not as informal as it was years ago.

The beach at the front has been replaced by a parking lot. A practical but bad decision.

Of course it continues to be great and with Macron and Brexit it can attract a lot of people if English is more widely spoken.

The Nice Airport isn't bad.

The Greek one spans from Faliron to Sounion. Its main sites are Glyfada, Voula and Vouliagmeni. As people who have been to both have told me as well as a Belgian cab driver in Brussels, the French Cote d' Azur is more humid than the Greek one.

I love both because I'm not affected by humidity. If you want more information on either, contact me. hashtaghahashtag

Property investment opportunities in 2020 Athens: Patissia and Amerikis Square

Patissia is an area of Athens just north of the center of the city of Athens.

Some say that it's the best investment opportunity right now in Athens.

The main reason is transportation access. Contact us for briefing and details.

We currently have a 17m2 6th floor flat near this station. Contact us for more information.

Athens Property: An enduring value your kids and their kids will admire you for investing in!

An enduring value your kids and their kids will admire you for investing in.

Athens of Pericles, Socrates and Plato survived and endured the Spartans, Alexander, the Romans, the Byzantines and the Ottomans.

Athens was a small city in the 1830s when it became the capital of Greece (after Nafplion).

Athens has buildings dated from Ancient Greece, the Romans, old churches as well as mosque buildings (at Monastiraki).

The flat you buy (renovated) will endure as well, physically and in value.

Why invest in a flat in Athens

Finance hashtagWealthManagement
As I posted on Twitter and Linkedin, for 32,000-50,000 Euros one can buy/invest in a smartly made (renovated) small apartment in Athens, Greece.

Eg the one I'm currently using.

30m2, 10 minute walk from the Athens subway, 2 minute walk to buses and yellow buses. 24/7 hour delis and two major chain supermarkets in very close vicinity.

This flat was worth 8,000 before the partial renovation which cost me 2,000.

After this renovation and the recent econ developments in Greece, it's worth at least 42,000 as it is and 50,000+ fully renovated according to the buyer's exact specifications. hashtag
